CyberChallenge.IT: a national initiative promoted by the
National Cybersecurity Laboratory of CINI, aimed at the intensive training of young talents in
cybersecurity.
I participated in the program during my
third year of high school, which included both theoretical and practical lessons on:
cryptography,
web security,
malware analysis,
reverse engineering,
exploit development, and
forensics. The training concluded with a local
Capture The Flag (CTF) competition.
The program helped develop advanced skills in technically complex environments, focusing on
cybersecurity,
problem solving,
teamwork, and
critical thinking.
Achievements:
- Gained a solid foundation in information security and cryptography
- Developed exploits and applied reverse engineering on vulnerable software
- Participated in a local CTF competition with hands-on team-based challenges
- Hands-on experience in malware analysis and digital forensics
- Improved soft skills: teamwork, time management, and critical thinking
- Used real-world tools and environments for web security testing and vulnerability assessment
